Home Renderings

What could be more exciting than moving into a brand new home? You’ve waited and waited to find that perfect house in the right location, and you couldn’t have done it without the help of your realtor. Many people are quick to reach for a bottle of wine or flower arrangements as thank you gifts for realtors, but a unique and very appropriate closing gift to consider is a home rendering. Home renderings are beautiful, hand crafted portraits that make excellent gifts for many different occasions. Giving one to your realtor upon closing signifies your appreciation for their hard work and lets them know that you value your business relationship. You’re not only giving them a gift, but you are also giving them a fabulous piece of art that they can display to future clients. Professionals such as realtors, architects, builders and their advertising agents are always looking for a fresh and memorable way to showcase their work. Standard photographs tend to get a little dull, but a stunning home portrait is sure to add class and a touch of elegance to any home or office building.

Another occasion where a home rendering would be appreciated is as a new home gift or house warming present. Giving a home portrait would be suitable for anyone moving into a new home. A nice painting can be a representation of their newly acquired property, or it can be a reminder of their old property and the many wonderful years they spent there.

As perfect as it may seem, such a magnificent home portrait must require taking out a new personal loan in order to afford one, right?  In fact, they’re not so much as some might think. Compared to the years of display your home rendering will be around for and the amount of gratitude it gives and receives, it is one of the more cost effective gifts for realtors, builders, or new home owners.  In addition, home renderings work both ways when it comes to promoting business. For realtors, it shows off the caliber of homes they deal with and has potential to dramatically increase their business. For customers, the portrait will forever serve as a reminder of the great result their realtor was able to give them, and any similar business needs for the future will undoubtedly be given to that successful realtor first. The next time you want to show appreciation, goodwill, and gratitude to a realtor or similar professional, try giving them a home rendering; it will be a gift that stands the test of time

About padp

Paul Anthony likes to consider himself a digital artist and painter first, and a photographer second. A native of Union, New Jersey, Paul studied at Montclair State University and worked at Picture People for about two years, before he finally decided to start his own unique art photography service catering to the metro New Jersey area. "I have always loved handmade art, digital art, and art photography. But I also noticed that the best of these were too expensive or 'avant garde' to be appreciated by most people," he explains. "There should be forms of art that are meaningful and affordable for just about everybody. So one day I thought, 'Why don't I combine what I love best?'" This is precisely what Paul Anthony Digital Portraits offers today. Paul's method combines digital photography and traditional handmade charcoal, color pencil, pastel, watercolor, and oil painting techniques, to create highly original contemporary portraits. He now specializes in creating personal and commercial portraits. That includes baby portraits, children's portraits, wedding portraits, family portraits, and even pet portraits (especially memorial paintings of a favorite pet dog, cat, bird or horse). Paul can also do commemorative artwork like corporate or executive portraits, house portraits, landscape portraits, and holiday portraits. Paul can also create detailed, lifelike, hand-painted or digital portraits based on your existing favorite photos. He also does custom-made holiday cards or greeting cards—which most clients prefer decorated with their stylized family portraits. "Actually, no subject is too small or 'odd' for me," he proudly claims. "If you'd like a ' fine art portrait painting' of your favorite car, truck, motorcycle, or boat, I'll do that for you as well." Paul currently lives with his family in Union, New Jersey. They have one dog and one cat as pets—both of which are Paul's veteran "practice subjects" for his own digital portraits.
